I had originally contracted with a warranty uplift company to provide us with a labor rate increase with our manufacturer. After several weeks of data collection, we had determined a supported amount for consideration. I was getting very frustrated because every communication, they kept informing that we would never get what our numbers were supporting, trying to get us to accept going after a much lower increase. Not sure why, but that’s what caused me to reach out to Frogdata.
Frogdata took us thru the process with the utmost in professionalism. They utilized their certified connection to our DMS and did their complete analysis, never once telling us they couldn’t do what we had hoped they could do. They completed the filing, and we received an $83.20 per hour increase from the manufacturer!
Even better news, is that they then installed their Service Dashboards that were included in the price of the service. So not only did we get 100% of the rate increase we were entitled to, paid an incredibly reasonable fee, but are now able to use their fully integrated Service Dashboards to help me better run my department.
